JP System Inc. ("we", "us", "our") operates JPMetrix, a B2B analytics platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account information: Email address and name provided during account setup.
Third-party integration data: Business data from connected platforms (QuickBooks Online, GoHighLevel) accessed via OAuth 2.0, including customer records, invoices, payments, appointments, and CRM data.
Usage data: Basic analytics about how you use the Service (pages visited, features used).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

Provide analytics dashboards and business intelligence reports
Synchronize data between your connected third-party platforms
Improve the Service and fix technical issues

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or business data with third parties. Your data is only accessed by authorized personnel for the purpose of providing and maintaining the Service.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS) with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement row-level security, role-based access controls, and regular security audits to protect your data.

6. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party services (such as QuickBooks Online), we access your data through their official OAuth 2.0 APIs. We request only the minimum permissions necessary. You can disconnect integrations at any time from the Settings page, which revokes our access.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account termination, we delete your data within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.

8. Account Termination and Data Portability

Upon termination of your account:

Data export: We provide you with a complete export of your data in a standard, exploitable format within 15 business days of your request.
Anonymization: Once data has been exported and confirmed received, we anonymize all your identifiable data in our systems within 30 days. Anonymized data may be retained for aggregate analytics purposes only.
Third-party disconnection: All OAuth connections to your third-party platforms are revoked immediately upon termination.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Request a full export of your data
Disconnect third-party integrations at any time
