By accessing or using JPMetrix ("the Service"), operated by JP System Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
JPMetrix is a B2B analytics and business intelligence platform that connects to third-party services (including GoHighLevel, QuickBooks Online, and others) to provide operational dashboards, reporting, and data-driven insights for businesses.
Access to JPMetrix is provided on an invitation basis. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as QuickBooks Online and GoHighLevel via OAuth 2.0. By connecting your accounts, you authorize JPMetrix to access and read data from these platforms solely for the purpose of generating analytics and reports. JPMetrix does not modify, delete, or write data to your third-party accounts unless explicitly stated.
Data retrieved from third-party integrations is used exclusively to provide the Service. We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to any third parties. Data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. JP System Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
